Annual ground rent which covers all costs other than bottled gas and metered electricity, is 2880 euros per year.
The River Mayenne runs through the site and many homes on the parc have fantastic views across the valley into the rolling Normande countryside. The parc is open ALL-YEAR-ROUND enabling owners to visit whenever they please.
All homes are privately owned, on spacious plots with enough room for a large decking, garden and parking space. Parc facilities include an outdoor heated pool with sun terrace, fishing lakes and Kingfisher bar with Boules area.

Lassay-les Chateaux is a thriving small town 4 miles away, with its own chateau, supermarket, bank and post office. A 10 min drive from the parc takes you to the delightful spa town of Bagnoles de l’Orne, with its Casino, golf course, health spa and choice of quality restaurants and hotels.
There are many outdoor sports facilities nearby including the 9 hole golf course at Bagnoles, located in the most wonderful woodland setting. Tennis, swimming, cycling and horse riding are all available. Why not take a relaxing nature walk along some of the 150 miles of marked forest footpaths, ideal for hiking or mountain biking.
Parc Mayenne is easily accessible from the UK by ferry or flight, just 60 miles south west from Caen and 80 miles east of Rennes airport.
