Parc Mayenne Upper Loire

The stunning Parc Mayenne

Parc Mayenne is set in the wonderful countryside of the Haute Mayenne area of the Upper Loire. There are 31 acres of gently rolling hills with over half a mile of the Mayenne River running through the site and many homes on the parc have fantastic views across the valley into the rolling Normande countryside.

Here you can own your luxury leisure home for use all year round. Parc Mayenne is a family run site and there are 105 spacious plots to choose from (250m2 -350m2 ) on the River and Valley View developments. All homes are privately owned, on very large plots with ample space for a large decking, garden and parking space.

A choice of River View or Valley View pitches

Homes on the River View development are set amongst the hill side and enjoy stunning views onto the river Mayenne and Normandy beyond. Valley View is a more established area of the site with emplacements carefully arranged amongst landscaped tress and shrubs, each pitch is spacious and grassy, with plenty of room for a large terrace, shed and parking space. The parc has been carefully landscaped with hundreds of newly-planted trees and shrubs.

A place to relax and unwind

Take time to relax and enjoy the heated outdoor pool with sun terrace or the well stocked fishing lake that offers excellent carp fishing which complements the trout and pike fishing to be enjoyed on the river. The Kingfisher bar offers the chance to meet up with other owners and enjoy a game of French boules.

Summer weather brings long dry spells with average daily temperatures around 25°C. July temperatures peak at 30°C cooling to 22°C as September approaches.
